Homemade Refried Beans:</h3>

2 Pounds of pinto beans<br />
Salt and pepper to taste<br />
Garlic to taste<br />
onion powder to taste<br />

1. Put the beans overnight in the crock pot on low. <br />
2. Check in the morning, and add water if need be. <br />
3. Continue to cook on low until you are ready to use. <br />
4. Split the beans in half.<br />
5. Mash half of the beans.<br />
6. Heat oil in a pan, you need to at least make sure the bottom is covered. <br />
7. Put the un-smashed beans in the pan a scoop at a time. <br />
8. Once you have added all to the un-smashed beans, add the smashed beans.<br />
9. Once all of the beans are in the pan, start to add the seasoning. <br />
10. Cook on low for about 15 minutes.<br />

1 Loaf of French Bread<br />
1 LB of Hamburger<br />
16 Oz. Light Sour Cream<br />
8 Oz Plain Greek Yogurt<br />
1 Small Onion<br />
6 Mushrooms<br />
2 Bell Peppers<br />
2 Tomatoes<br />
Cheese<br />
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. <br />

Instructions:<br />
1. Cook hamburger with the onion and mushrooms. Drain excess grease.<br />
2. Combine sour cream and yogurt. Stir until well blended. Add any spices that you would like.<br />
3. Add hamburger mixture to the sour cream mixture.<br />
4. Cut French bread in four sections.<br />
5. Put the French bread on a cookie sheet that is sprayed with cooking spray.<br />
6. Add the hamburger mixture onto the the French bread.<br />
7. Cut the peppers and tomatoes into slices.<br />
8. Add the pepper and tomatoes on top of the hamburger mixture.<br />
9. Top with cheese.<br />
10. Bake for 20-30 minutes. <br />

<li>2 Cups of Mozzarella cheese divided</li>
<li>1 Jar (28 OZ) spaghetti sauce</li>
<li>1 Cup water</li>
<li>2 Garlic Cloves minced.</li>

1. In a bowl combine the onions, crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Add beef and mix well. shape into 1 inch balls and place on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake a 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink.</div>

2. Meanwhile arrange bread in a single layer in a greased 13 x 9 in baking dish. Combine cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, Italian Seasoning and pepper. Spread over the bread and sprinkle with 1/2 Cup of the mozzarella cheese.</div>

3. Combine the sauce, water and garlic. Add the meatballs and pour over cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.</div>

1. Combine the pasta and the peas in a small pot. Add water and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.<br />
2. Combine yogurt, mayo, milk and ranch in a bowl. Stir until smooth.<br />
3. Add the vegetable dip mix, bacon bits, cucumber and tomato.<br />
4. Drain and rinse the kidney beans. Add them to the bowl.<br />
6. Drain and rinse the noodles and peas. Add to bowl.<br />
7. Mix all ingredients together and cover.<br />
8. Chill in the fridge for one hour or you can serve immediately if you want it hot.<br />
