Here is a super easy recipe for making orange marmalade jam.

Ingredients:

8 -- Oranges
1/2 -- Lemon Juice
2 -- Cups of sugar
1 -- Box of Pectin

Steps:

1. Peel the oranges. You will want to save the rind and cut it into tiny pieces. After all of the oranges have been peeled , put the peels into pan and use about 1 1/2 cups of water into it. Bring it to a boil for about 30 minutes or until the rinds are soft. If you don't like your jam really lumpy put the cooked rinds in the blender.

2. Cut the orange into small pieces, and add to the blender. Blend until almost smooth and add the oranges to the pan of rinds.

3. Add the lemon juice to the pan.

4. Bring to a rolling boil for about 5 minutes, then add the pectin, stirring constantly.

5. Add the sugar a half of a cup at a time, while stirring constantly. Bring back to a rolling boil for about 10 minutes. Taste it to make sure that it is sweet enough.

6. Add the jam to jars and can.
